God or Ghost?

God or Ghost?

Reflect on the areas of your life where you feel like you’re facing deep waters. Where does it seem impossible to proceed? Remember, with Jesus, even the impossible becomes a path. Take a moment to identify a step of faith you’ve been hesitant to take. Ask for Jesus’ guidance and strength to move forward. Each time fear creeps in, envision Jesus reaching out His hand to you, and remember to focus on Him, not the storm.

Matthew 14:30-31
"At times, our challenges seem as impossible as walking on water. We face situations that seem to defy the very laws of possibility. In this extraordinary encounter, Jesus invites Peter to step out of the boat and onto the stormy seas—a vivid picture of stepping into the unknown, driven by faith. Walking on water wasn’t just a display of divine power but an invitation to trust wholly in Jesus. In the Bible, choppy waters symbolize chaos, evil, and darkness. When Jesus walked on water, he proved that he dominated over the darkness. When Peter walked on water, he proved that we can share in Jesus’ power. When Peter saw the wind, he was afraid and began to sink. This is often our experience, too. We take a step of faith, but then the winds of doubt and the waves of fear overwhelm us, and we begin to sink. But just as Jesus reached out to save Peter, He reached out to us. He is there to catch us when we falter.
